All deliveries are Kerbside pallet drops, health & safety regulations do not allow drivers to carry the products beyond the kerbside. You must arrange for adequate help to off load the flooring
Goods delivered normally arrive between 8am and 6.00pm, Monday to Friday. You may be able to supply your preferred delivery day, if you send an email to info@bigtreewoodenproducts.co.uk or call the number shown when you purchase your choice of products we will then confirm that this date is possible, or arrange an alternate date that is convenient to you. We are unable to give an estimate of delivery time as all deliveries are at the couriers discretion, unless stated.
Most orders are dispatched from stock with a lead time of 2 days. Next day delivery can be arranged if needed. For next day delivery, orders must be placed and full payment cleared before 9am. We can not offer next day deliveries for orders placed over the weekend or bank holidays. All next day deliveries are subject to stock.
As deliveries can be made by a large lorry or van, it is assumed that the delivery address will be accessible by lorry. If there is likely to be a problem, e.g. the road is subject to a vehicle weight or width limit please inform us at the time of order.
If a courier arrives at your address and is unable to deliver on the arranged delivery date because you are not there, refuse to sign or you refuse delivery you will be liable for the cost of any re-delivery charge when applicable.
Deliveries cannot be left outside in porches, garages or any other location.
Every effort is made to ensure that your goods are delivered in perfect condition. Please inspect all goods immediately on delivery, this requires opening tubes to check trims, scotia etc. If you are unfortunate enough to receive damaged or missing items make sure it is noted on the delivery note and the couriers paperwork. No claims for damaged or missing items can be made after the courier has left the delivery address, unless signed for as damaged or missing. All claims must be made within 36 hours of receipt of goods.
Do not let the driver leave until you have verified the material received is in good condition and that all material has been accounted for. Any damages or missing items must be noted on your delivery receipt. If not noted we are unable to process with any replacement products.
No liability can be accepted for costs caused by late deliveries or for any other reason. Therefore we advise against booking trades for installations until goods have been received.

Free delivery on orders over £350*
All orders (under £350) are subject to a delivery charge of £30
Saturday deliveries will incur a £40 surcharge.
AM deliveries will incur a £15 surcharge.

*Please Note that this is only applicable to Quick-Step, Elka and Big Tree products, other products may incur a higher charge.
